Right to Withdrawl
Only consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are entitled to the right of revocation. Companies within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not entitled to the following right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of services, from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
For contracts concerning the provision of digital content (e.g., hosting services), the following applies:
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content:
The right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly requested us to start providing the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you are aware of the loss of the right of withdrawal. This means that once the hosting service is provided, you no longer have the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Becker Software, Blockkamp 13, 29351 Eldingen) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
